Marc Francois is the founder and visionary behind Reliable Workers, a workforce development initiative committed to creating meaningful job opportunities for underserved individuals. With a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Florida, Marc brings together academic expertise and hands-on leadership to address local workforce challenges with compassion and purpose. 

Reliable Workers grew out of a need Marc saw firsthand in Gainesville, Alachua, and surrounding communities: people willing to work but lacking access, support, or connections. Through strong partnerships and a human-centered approach, Marc leads the organization not just as a staffing agency, but as a hub for training, mentorship, and long-term success.  

Under his guidance, Reliable Workers has helped dozens of individuals—many overcoming systemic challenges—secure reliable employment. His work is grounded in principles of equity, community, and human dignity, shaped by years of research, educational leadership, and deep involvement in the local Haitian community here in Florida.

In addition to his role at Reliable Workers, Marc is an advocate for inclusive education, culturally responsive systems, and workforce equity. He continues to champion initiatives that uplift communities and expand access to opportunity—both inside and outside the classroom.
